This policy explains how Ops.Tools may handle inactive accounts, unused API keys, and reserved account identifiers so the platform stays secure and available for active users.
An account may be considered inactive when there has been no login, API usage, billing activity, support interaction, or other meaningful account activity for an extended period. Not all activity is visible on public pages, so inactivity is determined from internal account records.
We may revoke, expire, or require rotation of API keys that are unused for a long period, appear exposed, create abuse risk, or belong to suspended or deleted accounts. This helps reduce credential exposure and protects other customers.
Account names, usernames, team names, and similar identifiers may not be reserved solely for resale, impersonation, brand confusion, or future speculative use. Attempts to sell, buy, or solicit payment for identifiers may result in suspension or reassignment.
If you believe an inactive or confusing account identifier infringes your trademark, review our Trademark Policy and contact us with the requested evidence. We do not guarantee that a requested identifier will be released or transferred.
When practical, we will attempt to notify the account email before taking action on inactivity. Urgent security, abuse, payment, or legal issues may require faster action without advance notice.
If you believe your account or identifier was incorrectly marked inactive, contact us through the contact form.
