You can request deletion of personal information associated with your Ops.Tools account. We may need to verify your identity and account ownership before deleting or exporting data.
What You Can Request
- Account profile details such as name, email, company, and contact information.
- API keys and account settings tied to your account.
- Support messages and contact form submissions where retention is no longer needed.
- API usage records when deletion is allowed by law and operational requirements.
Information We May Retain
Some information may be retained when needed for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security investigations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or enforcement of our Terms of Service. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
How to Submit a Request
Send your request through the contact form or email privacy@ops.tools. Include the email address on your account, the request you want us to complete, and whether you are asking for deletion, correction, access, or export.
Expected Timeline
We aim to acknowledge privacy requests promptly and complete verified requests within the time required by applicable law. Complex requests, account ownership disputes, or legally required retention can take longer.
Before You Delete
Deleting account data can disable dashboards, API keys, invoices, usage history, saved preferences, and product communications. Export anything you need before requesting permanent deletion.
